Windows Error and Event Monitoring / Alerts

Errors occur everyday and provide messages and alerts and are recorded in the Windows Event log. Some errors are important, some are not. For each client we establish a set of alerts that let us respond to any Windows event errors that are critical to your ability to function. This can alert us to virus activity or spyware not found by conventional anti viral or spyware tools, hardware failing, software corruptions or unusual resource loads on the system in question. In addition to alerts, we review the event logs each month to find concerning activity and respond to it.
